My name is Irene and I have owned and operated Personal Best since 1990.  I began with one other stylist at the age of 27.  The salon changed location after three years and my current location is where I have been for the duration.  I added stylists  and after 15 years I doubled the size of the salon.  Servicing Worcester County for many years has been very fulfilling and I have been very fortunate to be as successful as I have been. Thirty six years into my career, Covid hit and life has not been the same.  

In order to feel I was doing my best for myself and my highly compromised partner I felt I needed to downsize and continue my business solo.  I now work by appointment only and pride myself on the utmost of care I provide for my clients.  I work with one client most times and if there happens to be two in the salon, social distance is practiced.  Sanitization occurs after each client as well as each client receiving fresh attire and towels to be used exclusively on them.  

I am a seasoned stylist of 36 years and pride myself on the advanced education I have always obtained.  I consider Hair my career, not just a job.
